You can request deletion of your innerlive account and all associated personal data at any time.
Self-service. Open the Account page and choose “Delete account”. This removes your profile, sign-in identity (including any linked Facebook login), and history.
By email. Alternatively, email support@innerlive.app from the address linked to your account, or include your account name, and request deletion. We will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted. Your profile (name, email, avatar), sign-in identity, login history, and usage records. Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. certain payment/transaction records) may be kept for the period required by law and then deleted.
