1. Purchases. Coin purchases are processed securely by our payment partners. Your statement may show a neutral billing descriptor.
2. Consumption. Coins are spent in real time as you use paid features. Spent coins are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Refund requests. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@innerlive.app within 14 days with your order number.
4. Chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
