This Privacy Policy explains how innerlive (“innerlive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you access or use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are & scope. innerlive operates an adults-only (18+) platform for one-to-one video chat and live streaming with independent creators. This policy applies to all users of the Service, including viewers and creators, worldwide. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not control.

3. How we use your information. We use your data to: (a) create, operate, and secure your account; (b) deliver real-time audio/video, messaging, gifting, captioning, and translation features; (c) process payments, coin top-ups, and creator payouts; (d) verify age and identity and prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited content; (e) personalize content and recommendations; (f) provide customer support; (g) comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; and (h) analyze and improve the Service.
4. Legal bases for processing. Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of our contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing & disclosure. We share data only as needed to run the Service: with real-time communication, cloud, and database infrastructure providers; payment processors; identity-verification, speech-recognition, translation, and analytics providers; and with law enforcement or regulators where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, creators, or innerlive. Creators and viewers may see limited public profile information about one another (such as display name, avatar, and country). We do not sell your personal data.
6. Content moderation & safety. To keep the platform lawful and safe, we may review reports, retain records of violations, and use automated and human moderation. We cooperate with authorities on matters involving illegal content, and maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and non-consensual content.
7. Data retention. We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute- resolution, and safety requirements. Verification and transaction records may be retained for longer periods where the law requires. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You can update or delete your account and associated data at any time from the Account page, or follow our Data Deletion instructions. If you signed in with Facebook, deleting your account also removes the linked Facebook identity from our records. To exercise any right, email support@innerlive.app.
9. International transfers. innerlive operates globally, and your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
10. Security. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children. The Service is strictly for adults (18+), or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has used the Service, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data.
12. Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and where required we will notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
