Welcome to innerlive. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and innerlive (“innerlive”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the innerlive website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing coins, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & adult content. innerlive is an adults-only platform that may contain mature content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), and legally permitted to view adult content where you live. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google or Facebook); your use of that provider is also subject to its own terms. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits or bans. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Coins, gifts & payments. Coins are a virtual, in-app currency with no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be redeemed for cash. Coins are used to pay for per-minute calls, entry to paid live rooms, gifts, and interactions. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or under our Refund Policy. Prices, rates, and packages may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases. Suspected fraudulent or charged-back transactions may result in coin reversal and account suspension.
4. Creator payouts. Creators earn based on coins spent by viewers, subject to the applicable revenue-share and any agency terms. Earnings, minimum thresholds, verification requirements, and payout schedules are described in the creator dashboard. We may withhold or reverse earnings connected to fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload, stream, or request illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive content; involve or depict minors in any way; harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others; record, screenshot, reproduce, or redistribute another user’s or creator’s content without consent; solicit or conduct transactions off-platform or attempt to bypass our billing; transmit spam, malware, or automated/bot traffic; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service; or circumvent security, geographic, or age restrictions. 6. Content & license. Creators are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the content they provide. innerlive acts as a platform connecting users and creators and does not endorse, and is not responsible for, user-generated content. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant innerlive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
7. Intellectual property. The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by innerlive or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
8. Moderation, suspension & termination. We may review, remove, or restrict content and may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable law, or to protect users, creators, or the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. Coins remaining at termination for cause may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
9. Third-party services. The Service integrates third-party providers (payments, real-time media, identity verification, speech and translation, analytics). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, innerlive and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim or USD 100.
12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless innerlive and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
13. Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at innerlive’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis; to the extent permitted by law, class actions are waived.
14. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
