Frequently asked questions
How do coins work? Coins are the in-app currency used to pay for per-minute video calls, entry to paid live rooms, gifts, and interactions. You can top up coins from your Wallet. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
How is a call charged? Paid calls are billed per minute at the creator’s rate. Make sure you have enough coins for at least the first minute before calling; the call ends automatically if your balance runs out. You’ll see the rate before you connect.
I was charged but didn’t receive coins. Payments can take a moment to settle. If your balance hasn’t updated after a few minutes, email us with your account email and the approximate time of purchase and we’ll investigate.
Can I get a refund? Coin purchases are generally final, but we review issues such as duplicate charges or failed deliveries. See our Refund Policy and contact support with the details.
A call had poor video or audio quality. Real-time quality depends on your network. Try a stable Wi-Fi or strong mobile connection, close other apps, and make sure your browser has camera/microphone permission. If problems persist, tell us your device, browser, and approximate time.
How do I report someone or remove content? Use the in-app report option where available, or email us the profile or content link. We review reports and act under our Community Guidelines, typically within 72 hours (urgent safety issues are prioritized).
How do I change my password or manage my account? Go to the Account page to update your password and manage settings.
How do I delete my account or data? You can delete your account from the Account page, or follow our Data Deletion instructions. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
